db shoulder presses 3 sets 30'sx12
stiff-legged deadlifts 95X15, 115X12, 115X12
side laterals 4 sets 15'sX12
rotating lunges 3 sets 10X12
I worked my ass off today! Alright - ready for a rest tomorrow and to throw myself back into it on Monday!
