Sat/Swim...Sun/Rest...Mon/wts-pilates-swim
Did a 2hr swim clinic on Sat. Amazing workout consisting of freestyle drills and endurance swimming. Sunday was a rest day.
Today: full body wts.
5min jog on treadmill
smith squats (ATG) 12X75/12X95/12X125 (not quite ATG on the last few!)
SS step lunges/DL's 12Xsngl lunges/45lbs //12X dbl lunges/65lbs // 12X trpl lunges/85lbs
asst pullups: 3 sets of 12X100 (shoulder very bad today so kept these light)
EZ bar bicept curls 12X30 / 10X30 / 7X30
seated calf raises 3 sets of 15X35lbs
wide lat pull downs: 12X50/60/70
back ext. 20/12/12
stretch to cool down
Bummed that my shoulder is worse today, maybe from swimming so hard on Sat. ): I hope it gets better with some physio or else I'm going to have to cut back on any shoulder work for a while...including swimming....rrrrr
I have Pilates this evening and plan on swimming(depending on how my shoulder feels)
