Okay, a rest day - going to play xbox with the kiddo (it is gloomy out today), get our nails done...go to the library. Later we will do yoga together!

I had a rough time last night, wanting everything I shouldn't have. Went to bed instead and woke up feeling leaner and like I have triumphed over demotivation!

I have discovered davedraper.com, he is my preacherman! I love his writing style and find him very motivating.

Anyhow...rest day and I am so hyperactive, I must be on the mend!
