Ahh, and I need it! I am sore all over. My legs are almost un-sore today. My upper body is a mess of muscle pain and it is daring and difficult to stretch up overhead :)

Today i will wlask the furry cardio king and then clean the house so we can come home to a clean house after our vacation.
We leave Saturday!!!!
