I was just looking up stuff about working out core everyday (like the workout plan on here suggests). It got me thinking about rest days for recently worked out muscle groups. It is kind of silly. I get it, but it's kind of dumb. I mean, workouts mimic real-life activities such as lifting heavy loads at work, throwing stuff up, playing sports, paddling, jumping, swimming, and so forth. You don't take rest days if you are a farmer or roofer or something like that that requires a lot of physical activity.. you get strong and in good shape.
Random thought.. just thought I'd share.
