Introduction

I used to workout (at least cardio) everyday a few years ago. I felt great and looked great. Over the last few years I started going less and less. I went from 115lbs at my best to 150lbs. I am tired often and would love to get back to the days when hiking was fun, not so much of a killer.

Goals and motivation

Get in better shape. I'm getting married! =]
