Ran Sat...Rest Sunday.....Full body Wts Monday.....

I went for a 6km run on sat. It went pretty well considering I was a tad hungover--bad, bad fly! Sometimes I have no self control.

Today I did a full body workout. Here is what I did:

4min on tm
BB squats: 15X45, 12X65, 12X95
sngl leg walking lunges: 16Xno wt, 16X10lb, 16X10lb with 3lunges/step-very tough
asst pullups: 12X100, 12X90, 8X80 (55/65/75(first time at 80 woohoo)
HS bench press: 12X36/12X46/10X51 (1st time with 51lbs))
BO sng arm row: 12X20/12X30/8X40 (1st time with 40lbs)

Kept the workout short'cause I had to get back to work..

Have 1hr Pilates tonight.
