Quite the sweat today

I am somewhat impressed with my inverted squat.... at home, I do BB Squats and checked it out... 6 reps at 170lbs.. I may be able to do more, but don't have the right stand to get a higher weight without hurting myself.. so, the gym offers and inverted squat machine and I seem to be able to pump more!

Anyhoo.. here's todays stats:

Warm up - 11 minutes on the eliptical (man, I love that machine!)

Lat Pull downs: 9 plates x 10/11 plates x 10
Chest Press: 10 plates x 10/ 12 plates x 10
Seated Row: 10 plates x 10/12 plates x 10
Smith Incline (lowered the weight on this): 74lbs x 10/74lbs x 10
Inverted Leg Press: 210lbs x 10/210lbs x 11
Leg Xtns: 7 plates x 10/8 plates x 10
Bicep Curls: 15.5kgs x 10/22.5kgs x 10
Tricep Rope Pull Downs: 12.5kgs x 10/15.5kgs x 10
Shoulder Press: 10 plates x 10/12 plates x 10
Planking: 2 x 30 seconds
Leg Raises: 2 x 15

Overall, felt good after the workout... sweating like crazy....
