Pushe Harder

I've had this feeling the last couple of weeks that I really haven't been pushing myself hard enough... I've been completing my targeted reps, but felt I could push a tad harder, so, I gave it a go today.
Tris/Bis
Warm up - 5:30 minutes in recumbent bike
Rope Pull Downs: 15.5kgx10/17.5kgx10/20.5kgx7/20.5kgx5 (I found the last couple sets tough)
Close Grip Push-ups: 3x10
Dips: 3x10 with 10lb weight
Preacher Curls: 35lbsx10/40lbsx10/45lbsx8/50lbsx6 (these are the same numbers as last time, but I found the last set easier than the week before)
Hammer Curls: 10lbsx10/12lbsx10/12lbsx8/15lbsx8 (I feel I can up the weight on these next time)
Concentration Curls: 10lbsx10/15lbsx10/15lbsx8/20lbsx6 (Last rep on the left arm was a struggle)
Incline Bicycle Kicks: 2x30
Stomach Vacs: 4x30 seconds
Arms were tired when I was done. I suspect a bit of a burn tomorrow! Looking forward to it!
