push ups

I just joined this network. I have started gym training 4 days a week program. I found that there is no push ups exercise for any day. I used to do push ups and I found its really very good exercise. i want to continue it. With what section(leg, shoulder, back/bicep, chest/tricep) I should have do it. Please suggest.

    Welcome to FreeTrainers! Our gym workouts do not include body weight exercise - our home workout do however. No problem though, you can add them in for your chest day as that is the primary muscle used. Secondary are triceps and shoulders.
