Proud... yet lazy....

It was back, calf and ab day... turned out to be back and calf day....
After I did the deadlifts, I decided to get through the rest of the back stuff and the calves and sluff the abs to tomorrow morning...
Deadlifts: 12x120/12x130/10x140/10x150... this may not seem like much, but it's a best for me... a couple of extra reps and did the last set with an extra 15 pounds... I believe I lost five pounds just in sweat...
One Arm DB Rows: 12x25/12x40/11x45/9x60... again, upped the reps... last set was two extra reps with the same weight...
Single Leg Calf Raises: 15x20/15x40/15x50/15x60
All in all, I felt it was a decent workout... pleased with the fact I did extra weight and reps tonight!
Abs in the morning!
