Make up for lost time, that is!
Yesterday i hibernated all day, not sure why but I slept most of the day.
Today my workout partner came over and we did 30 minutes fairly easy cardio (she is still recovering).
Tonight I went to the YMCA and had fun...
supposed to be abs and calves, but since I missed quads and chest on Monday i threw those in some, too.
Warmed up 10 minutes on elliptical.
Incline DB presses 20'sX 20, 25X15, 35X14, 40X10, 45X8 superset with
Leg press (so good to have access!) 90X20, 180X15, 270X12, 320X10 and toe presses with the same weight after each set to failure
Flat bench 95X12, 105X10, 115X8 (a little tired from inclines, I guess)
Seated calf raises 90X10, 90X12, 90X12 (almost dropped it watching some numbnuts get stuck under a bar with 45's on it...) superset with
DB flyes higher incline 15X20, 20X15, 25X12
reverse curls 25
crunches 25
okay, so the abs lagged after the whole leg/chest thing, but I feel really good and my legs are quaking!
