Well decided to not do the 3x3 right now but I am using singles for the first time.

Bench 135x10 185x10 205x8 225x4 245x3 255x1
Incline 135x10 155x10 175x8
Flyes 30x10 40x10 45x10

kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
Dumbell overhead behind the neck presses
60x10 70x10 75x10
one set of sk 80x10
2 sets of bench dips x 10

All in all a very good workout. little over a year ago I benched 275x4 so hitting 255 even once was a good improvement. Would have hit more sets of SK but my left wrist is bothering me a little.
