Pouring rain today.....

Decided to do my workout at my work gym today because it is to miserable out even to go to my car. I did a full body circuit routine.

3min on treadmill
3X lunges/squats
2min bike
3X row(50/60/70)/bench press(30/40/30)/incline situps
2min bike
3X lat pull downs(50/60/70)/incline chest press(8/8/8)/db tricep(8/8/8)/decline sit ups
15 pushups with feet on stab. ball
ab V crunches

Stretch to cool down

Pretty good workout, not too tough today...
