Sunday was going to go to gym did not make it used the Dungeon:

Highlights: Sunday I used my Dungeon in the basement. Took my oldest son with me. He was AWESOME! He did SH presses with 5lb DB mind you he weighs 35 lbs! I had a great workout both days!
Lowlights: Squat workout interrupted saving a 14 yr old benchng whose spotter was spotting with one hand. I actually had to rerack the weight as I was at the bottom of a rep when I noticed he was in trouble. I ran over (LOL ran bout 5 feet) hit his soptter knocked him over and grabbed the bar. The spotter did not even know what was going on! Argh! Finished the squats after all the hubbub died down.
