Program Minimum

Start: 7:07am
Finish: 8:02am

Warm Up: ETK - 9:00 with 2x5 pull ups and 2x10 dowel deads

Practice: 16kg Goblet Squats five sets of two

Manmakers: 20kg OTM swings - total 147

Roller & Stretch: 15:30

Thoughts: Well, swings were so-so.. felt it in the hams at times today. Also, some felt loosey-goosey, too.

    Great job, keep up the good work. Just make sure that your form is good so that you don't hurt yourself.
