Personal trainer for the hubby this week.......

I been volenteered to be my hubby's PT for the week. He saw a circiut type workout in my Men's Health mag..yes it was my mag(:...and decided that this was the workout he wanted me to teach him at the gym...Now I know him well enough not to comment on the workout (not a great beginner program) so I just kind of had him follow me and managed to give him a better routine. Here is basically what we did....

5min warmup on ellip (actually 10min for me...he was late!!)
HS Flat bench press 3 sets of 10, no added wt, so 36lbs
wide lat pull down 3 sets of 10, 50lb
dead lifts 3 sets 10 with 45lbs BB -wasn't thrilled about showing him these, and I think I convinced him to do squats and lunges next time.
Seated cable rows: 3 sets 10X60lbs
3X10 back extentions
2 sets incline ab crunches: straight and oblique
Ball pikes (again these were in the mag...very tough, but kind of fun)
