Partial workout....

Today's workout was taking forever..it was interrupted by the floor main backing up, and the fun that ensues due to that. Going to finish arms tomorrow!
Oh, and I am now down 5 pounds!!!! Yes!
So, here is what got done...
DB Shrugs 20'sX24 , 25X24, 25X24 superset with
DB lunges 15'sX24, 15X24, 15X24
lateral raise 8X24, 10X20, 10X20 superset with
side lunges 8'sX24, 8X24 (these are friggin' cardio.
front raises 8X24, 12X24, 12X24 superset with
leg extension 25X24 , 32.5X24, 35X20
bent over lateral 8X24, 8X24 superset with
leg curls 35X24, 35X24
Lat pull down 60X24, 60X24 superset with
seated calf raises 50X24, 50X24
Bench press 95X20, 95X20 superset with
back extensions 3X24, 3X24
This workout still is really sucky endurance-wise, but it is getting easier and I am not as wiped out as I was during the last phase by it.
Oh, and my abs are still SORE!!!!!! It isn't funny, Ivan!
