I CANNOT believe this...

A simple recreational game of beach volleyball... sore calf AGAIN ! I dunno what I did to it... stupid...

Anyway... 90 minutes of volleyball tonight... took it easy after I hurt myself...

I'll likely lay off leg stuff tomorrow... probably a good idea...
