Only 5 days to Triathlon..only 3 days to train!
Unfortunately my workout intentions over the weekend were shot because I was still feeling crappy...mainly stomach problems. My plan this week is to keep my workouts light and get in a run, a cycle and hopefully a swim. I have a golf tournament on Friday, so Thursday will be my last training day. This virus or whatever really put a halt to my training over the last week, but I think I'm prepared enough to at least make a respectable finish....
