Day one of the week was chest and triceps
Bench wrmup 45x12 135x10 155x10 165x8
incline 135x10 145x8
incline flyes25x10 30x10 35x10

Kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
dumbell extensions(behind the neck) 70x10 75x8 80x6
Skullkrushers 60x10 65x10

Highlights: I actually did a workout. It was sub par in terms of strength, but since I have not really lifted on a good schedule since may I am not to unhappy. Also My weight is at 285, but I have lost about a inch of muscle size from my arms....

Lowlights: None really
