Thanks Charlie. It's just shocking to me. I'm 4'11" and my hubby is 5'9" Not good at all! We've made major changes to our diet. Chicken and turkey. Cut out all the red meat. I've always loved veggies so that never was an issue. Going to the gym is like an act of God for me since I despise it so much! But, I have been going consistently, so it's just a matter of making it a routine!
forget your weight. Use a tape measure or you pants to determine how well you are doing. You didn't get in this shape overnight and you wont change it overnight. Be kind to yourself. Make small changes in your diet at first. Find exercises that you like doing. You're more likely to stick to it. You can do this.
