I did chest and tris again as this is the start of the week for me.
Chest 45x15 warm up 135x10 155x10 185x7 205x2 (see lowlights)
Incline 135x10 155x8 165x6
Incline flies 30x10 35x10
Kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
Skullkrushers 60x10 70x10 80x10
dumbbell behind the neck ext 70x10 75x10 80x10
Lowlights: Only hit 2 on last set of chest. really blows but I will get back to the big boy weights.
Highlights: Actually did a workout!
