Tri's and Bi's today... was supposed to do abs, but I've had them a few days in a row now...

Lying Tric Xtns: 15x40/12x50/10x55/6x60
Dips: 12/12/12/12

Seated DB Curls: 12x15/12x15/10x20/4x20
Reverse DB Curls: 12x20/12x30/10x35/10x40

That's it till tomorrow....
