...I was into it today...
Plenty on my mind.... Christmas, why must the car always break down right before Christmas... my job... possibly a part-time job.. so, plenty on the plate... but, went and did the workout anyway.. as one should, right?
Week Ten/Day One
Start: 9:24am
Finish: 10:39
Warm Up: Approx 15 minute walk from the garage where they worked on my car to the gym...
Chins: 10/8/5/4
Seated Cable Rows: 6px10/8px8/10px6/15px6
Wide Grip Pulldowns: 6px10/8px8/9px6/12px6
Back Extensions (on the ball): 4x10
Tri-Set:
Standing DB Shoulder Flexion: 5lbsx10/8lbsx8/10lbsx6/12lbsx6
BO DB Flyes: 5lbsx10/8lbsx8/10lbsx6/12lbsx6
Standing DB Lats: 5lbsx10/8lbsx8/10lbsx6/12lbsx6
Hanging Leg Raises: 15/15 (legs extended)
Twisting Crunches: 2x15
Frog Crunches: 2x15
Thoughts: Good. Late start as I was off today and dropped the car off for some repairs. Walked to the gym, then walked back from the gym... so, two 15 minute hikes. Second destination was the shopping mall for Christmas gifts... as you can guess... more walking. Should have had a pedometer. I didn't work up a real sweat today, but I don't seem to with back and shoulders. The shoulder stuff was a nice challenge and so were the rows.
