leg movements super set with ab and back movements...no rest between any set

Dumbbell Lunges
10 x 40 lbs,  10 x 50 lbs,  10 x 60 lbs

dumbbell side hyper extension 
10 x 20 lbs, 10 x 25 lbs, 10 x 30 lbs

Goblet squats 
10 x 40 lbs,  10 x 50 lbs,  10 x 60 lbs

dumbbell back hyper extension 
10 x 20 lbs, 10 x 25 lbs, 10 x 30 lbs

single leg calf raises 
10 x 40 lbs,  10 x 50 lbs,  10 x 60 lbs

dumbbell  incline crunches 
10 x 20 lbs,  10 x 25 lbs,  10 x 30 lbs


2 sets of 25  each below

bent knee crunches
side planks with knee tuck
butt ups
lying side leg raises
lying side leg
push ups
lying straight leg lifts
bicycles

    I try to keep my strength training under 30 minutes. My night time set is about 30 minutes . Cardiac work can go 40 minutes so I do about an hour 40 minutes a day unless we dance. Then it's more.
