NEw work out routine

Shoulders and Triceps
Decided that I needed to shake the order of body parts up a little
Shoulders SH press 95x12 105x10 115x10 135x8
Standing Sh press 135x6 135x5
Shrugs 225x10 315x10 365x10 405x10 495x8
Lateral side 25x10 30x10
Rear delt db 25x12
Triceps close grip bench 95x10 105x10 135x10 155x10
Pressdowns 120x10 140x10 160x10
Rope pull downs 40x10, 8, 7, 6
Highlights: Felt great to not totaly know what I was going to do. Picked different order of muscles to workout and it worked well.
Lowlights: my elbows still hurt on the tips a little.
Notes: Felt it was time to switch it up a little. Still going to focus on the 3 Lifts but in a different order
Day one shoulders and Tri
Day two Chest and legs
Day Three Back and Biceps
Will see how this goes for a month. During that month the order of the day is lighter weights and better reps.
