flat bench flyes 20x10 30x10 35x8
Shoulders barbell press 45x10 65x10 75x8
lat raises/rear delt 20x10 25x10 30x8
Shrugs 135x15 205x10 225x10 255x10 275x10 225x10
Highlights: shoulders are burnt the barbell presses felt great!
Lowlights: hard to do the barbell presses with out a back supoort.
