highlights: made over 200#s on bench and hit my bis for the first time in a couple of weeks.
Lowlights: I hate playing catch up with this. I mean the loss in strength and endurance.
Side note: Today marks a new day for me. I am done with playing at this. I am going for it this winter. I have no more excuses. I have the weights, and unless it is super cold I can take walks. So all that is left is diet. More later.
