New routine and I am gonna puke!

Okay, i think bbfit is trying to kill me..but that which does not kill me makes me stronger, right?

Workout began at 9:10am, ended at 10:05am

Legs today, had some technical difficulties, but I am shaking and can barely walk right now,so it must have been an okay workout...

3 min. general warm-up on elliptical

Squats - warm-up set 115x15; 135x10, 140x8, 145x7

alternated with sets of bootstrappers - 30,40, 30
It was during htose exercises that I started thinking i would puke at any minute.

Deadlifts - 125X12, 130X10, 135X10

Attempted leg extensions - two legs up, one leg down - my leg extension machione isn't adjustable enough and these really hurt, not to mention my quads being toast already. Joining the gym when i get back from vacation and then i can do these properly.

One leg standing calf raises - 15X15, 20X10, 25X8

stretched. Felt wimpy today, really huffing and pufing during the bootstrappers - they suck!! I will get up to 3 sets of 50!!!!!

Having my postworkout shake, not as sugary tasting as I had expected, actually helping with the nausea. :)
