Neck too stiff to do anything.....
I hate it when this happens! I was all set to go to the gym at lunch and then for my swim this evening but my neck is so stiff i can barely turn my head. I've booked an appt with my PT and hopefully he'll be able to loosen it up a bit, if not, I'll book an appt with my massage therapist ASAP! This really sucks and makes driving interesting since I can't look over my shoulder! Who knows what I'm managed to do to myself this time..i haven't even worked out in 4 days!!! RRRGGGGGG
