Neck still extremely sore
Well my neck is still a mess..may even be worse today. I managed to get an appt. with my massage therapist this morning, but she didn't find anything too unusual...except for the pain I'm in. She says I'm tight, but nothing really out of the ordinary for me...I'm always tight. She thinks it may be the little muscles around the top of my spine that have tightened up. Akin to a whiplash victim...but I haven't done anything to injur it. I'm still wondering if it isn't viral...but I feel fine....It's all vey wierd...and painfull. I have a meeting early this afternoon, then I'm heading back to my PT and then I'm heading home. I'm scheduled to make a blood platelet donation tomorrow (hence no ibuprophen for 48hrs), and I don't want to pull out of it because I'll already be matched for a cancer patient....so I'll just grin and bare this...certainly could be worse!!
