My workouts

There will be a change in my over all workouts. I will be putting in place a 3 phase workout split. Week1 will be light more focus on the form and reps. Week2 will see added weight and a drop in reps. Week 3 will be heavy and low reps but a higher number of sets. Also wk1-2 will look normal in terms of the exercises. Wk3 will drop all but the bench deadlift and squat. I will do some type of assistance exercise on this week for each of the main 3 but not like in wk1-2. Any thoughts and or comments let me know.
