My weeks gotten messed up, but I did manage a workout today.....

My husbands car has blown it's transmission, so we're down to 1 vehicle this week, and he's got it. Luckily it's still under warranty. So that means no way to get to the gym at lunch. So I decided to do a workout at my office gym and did a circuit routine which went as follows:

5min light jog on treadmill

3X SS: step up lunges // Body Squats // 20 V crunches (I increased the step on each set and used a 12lb bar on subsq squats-seemed wimpy)

2min on Stepper Machine

3X SS: 12X Tri kickbacks(8/12/12dbls) //12X Bi-curls(8/12/15dbls) // 20 oblique brunches

2min on stepper machine

3X SS leg extensions(50/50/50lb) // ball ham curls // ball ab twists

2min on stepper machine

3X SS: 12X DL's (12lb bar/12lb dbls/20lb dbls) // 12X rev lunges from high step // incline crunches

2min light jog on TM

stretching to cool down.

This was a very good workout. I worked up quite a sweat. I'm still focussing on legs to avoid my shoulder, but threw in the bi's and tri's for a bit of arm work.

Diet is going excellent....still no weight loss so I'll give it 1 more week and then I'll cut calories by 250/day. Won't get car back for a couple of days, so I'll have to get creative to do my cardio....if I bring warm clothes, I could go for a run outside...brrrr...I don't like the TM we have at the office.
