My arms are owies

Today I did 20 minutes of cardio on the cross trainer. I heard they shouldn't be your only form of cardio but I love them so much. I might need to change it up a bit soon. I went pretty hard today which was weird since I have no energy on a Saturday. I can never be bothered going to the gym after work. Work stuffs me up for the rest of the day. However I pulled myself together and my heart rate was higher than usual because I was going faster. I really want to start running. I love running but I haven't got the fitness to go the distance yet.

Today I did abs
3x15 crunches holding each rep for 2 seconds. I did all my exercises that way.
3x15 twisting crunches
3x15 lying leg kicks each side

Triceps
3x16 tricep machine
3x16 reverse grip cable pulldowns
3x16 overhead dumbell ... dips? I don't really remember what it's called and I'm too exhausted to try and remember hahaha.

Biceps
3x16 bicep machine
3x16 bicep curls on preacher bench and that shit makes it hard! My biceps were on fire!
3x16 Reverse bicep curls

Then 10 minutes of yoga to cool down and to gain flexibility. Still feeling like an old woman.

I'm really bummed that I have to wake up early to go to the gym before work because I'm meeting a friend straight after. ARGH. Motivation please??
