Lunges-walking SL: 0/10/15/20lbs
SL DL: 15/15/12/10 45/65/75/85lb
Bench Press-HM: 15/15/12/10 36lbs
BO Row: 15/15/12/ 15/20/25lb
Back Ext. 15/12/10 0/5/10lb
Cable Rot. Cuff 15/15/15 5lb

Pretty good workout
