Monday...Wts/Pilates/swim
Went to the gym and did a full body workout
5min w/u on ellip
Walking lunges with hand behind head and twisting obliques while in lunge position set 1: no twist, set 2: twist, set 3: twist with double lunge.
BB squats 12X45/65/95 did 90 degree squat then came up 1/4 then back to 90 deg for each rep.
Asst pullups 12X90/10X80/8X70
chest press with dbs 12X10lbs/12X15/12X15lbs
SL DLs: 12X65/10X85/8X105
B/0 sing arm rows: 12X20lbs/12X30lbs/10X35lbs
wide lat pulldowns: 12X60/10X70/8X70
Stretch to cool down.
I have a 1hr Pilates class this evening and may go swimming afterwards.
Felt pretty strong today! Certainly not as tired as I was last week (:
