Monday....wts..back/bi's

Well didn't do any cardio on the weekend. Also, didn't have my workout with me at the gym, so I just had to wing it. It went as follows:

5min treadmill

seated row: 12*50, 12*60, 10*70, 8*80
EZ bar bicept curls: 12*30, 12*30, 10*30, 8*30
single arm BO rows: 12*15, 12*20, 10*25, 10*25
wide lat pull downs: 12*50, 12*60, 10*70, 8*80

rot cuff cables: 12*5, 12*10, 10*10

kind of a short workout, but at least I got out there!
