Monday....wts with focus on upper body
Just got back from a great workout at the gym, which i needed to do to make up for a weekend of eating and drinking by the pool (;
Decided to push myself a bit today...
5min run on treadmill
3X15 pushups (head looking forward)
Assisted pullups: 8X50/6X40/3X30/10X60 (105/115/135/95)
flat BB bench press: 10X45/10X50/10X55/8X55
seatd cable row: 10X70/10X80/8X90
SL DL's: 12X45/10X65/10X95/8X95
Wide lat PD: 10X70/8X80/8X90
EZ bar curls: 3 sets 10X30lbs
2 sets 12 ball pikes
stretch to cool down.
My arms felt really pumpled after this workout! i have Pilats tonight, so I'll hit my abs then.
On a side note...as I was gardening this weekend, in my bikini, my hubby kind of chuckled at me ( I often tend to my gardens while loafing around our pool-hense the choice of attire). When I asked him what he was chuckling at he said it was kind of cute that I had these ripped looking abs with a little tummy sticking out in the middle. Now, there was I time when all i really would hear was the "tummy sticking out" part, but now that I'm older and wiser, what I heard was "ripped abs".....woohoo!!
