Monday...wts and Pilates
Definetely ate and drank way too much this weekend, but it was nice to just loaf around the pool! I did manage to run on Saturday and we even got up at 5:30am for an early round of golf on Sunday.
Today's Gym workout went as follows:
5min run on treadmill
BB flat bench press: 10X45/10X55/10X55/8X55 wrist OK..yay!)
BB DL's: 10X45/10X65/10X85
Asst PU: 10X70/8X60/6X50
Pec Dec flyes: 10X45/10X50/10X55
Wide Lat PD: 10X70/10X80/6X90
EZ bar curls: 3 sets 10X30
BB B/O rows: 2 sets 10X45
Stretch to cool down.
My wrist didn't seem to bother me, however, it was bugging me while golfing on the weekend. I'm pretty sure it's pushups-the ball pikes in particular-that has aggrevated it. So I'll just be careful with it and lay off pushups for a bit. I'll be taking a full week -almost 2 weeks- off from working out soon, so that should help as well.
Good workout....Lot's of noice in the gym with Italy and Australia playing!
