Monday...Week 5 of 7 for Tri training

Didn't get as much workout in on the weekend as I had hoped. I ran on Saturday and went for a relatively leisurely bike ride later that day. I had hoped to swim/bike on sunday, but the weather was crappy and I felt crappy as well...so rest day.

Monday...went to the gym for some circuit training..here's what I did...

4min on treadmill

SS 3 sets of 12 pushups//body squats

4 sets of 10
pull ups(90lb)
dead lifts(45lb)
BB press (45lbs)
leg lifts

3min cool down on ellip.

lots of stretching

Kept the wts low, but certainly worked up a sweat with virtually no rest between exercises.

I have Pilates this evening and may do a bike/run workout this evening. I bought new running shoes and I want to try them out!
