Monday...Week 2 of FT challenge
Feelin really good today. Well rested and lots of energy. Just got back from the gym..here's what went down there:
3min wu on treadmill
4X12 seated cable row 50/60/70/80lb(10)
3X lat pd 60(12)/70(10)/80(8)
3X12 shrugs 25lb dbls
3X12 EZ bar curls (30lb)
3X12 incline bicept curls 10/15(8)/10(10)
30min on ellipticle--hills program (340 cal)
Just realized I forgot to do the hyperextentions, which i was going to do after the cardio. I'll do some supermans tonight.
I left out the ab work because I have pilates tonight and I'll get my ab work in then.
Diet:
Pretty much the same as last week
eggs/small tortilla/salsa
oatmeal+protien
chicken/brown rice/edamame peas/red pepper
protien/apple
smoked salmon on small tortilla
few almonds
I feel confident that I can get thru this week of workouts and diet. I have a ladies night out on Friday ("book club") so I'll have to mentally prepare for that this week.
