Monday/Tuesday
Had a PT session yesterday. Excellent circuit routine, lot's of ab work.
Can't remember the exact order of things but I did:
smith squats, lunges, seated row, lat pull downs,crunches,
deadlifts, rev. lunges, leg curls, leg ext., tri-pull downs, lat push downs, bicept curls, bench pec flies-with legs up, incline chest press, bridging, twist crunches, incline crunches, leg lifts. Basically we did 2X 6 exercises with 2min on stepper between circuits. Lot's of variety!
Had Pilates class in evening---more abs!!
Today I'll go for a run at noon--may even do 6km, since it is a bit cooler today and I'm feeling pretty good! I also have some new tunes on my IPOD so that'll keep me going(:
Diet is going well this week, but did pretty poorly on weekend. Too much partying with company visiting for weekend....I'm such a lush(;
Back to the grind this week!
