Monday...Started a FT-Program
Spent the weekend working on my gardens. Glad I've been working out, cause it was heavy work!! Quit on Sunday at 2:00 and took it easy the remainder of the day. Got a sunburn....bummer!
Today...Decided to try an 8 week FT program, 3 day split with ABS thrown in.
So....Monday-Week 1: Back/abs/chest/calves
Wide Grip pulldowns: 12*40, 12*50, 10*60, 10*70
One arm DB rows: 12*15, 12*20, 10*25, 10*25
Bench Press (HS): 12*36, 12*46, 10*51, 10*51 (still tough!)
Reverse Calf Raises: 12,12,10,10 (I think I'll feel these tomorrow when I run)
ABS (had to adjust this a bit due to people using the equipment...how dare they!)
Obliques on back extention thingy: 15, 15 each side (total 60)
lying leg tucks: 20, 20
Good Workout, took about 50min., which is perfect. This 8 week routine should work out well since I take holidays in 8 weeks! Hope I can stick with it, I tend to get bored pretty easy, but the FT program seems to switch around which is good!
Have 1hr Pilates this evening (probably did too much abs for this but oh well)
