protien + skim milk
homemade turkey soup
Protien + water
homemade turkey soup + 6 triscuits
pumpkin pie_ vanilla icecream
Workout:
3 min light jog on treadmill
superseted these:
3X20 crunches
3X20 leg lifts
3X20 oblique
4X12 60lb cable rows
SS
3X12 50lb lat pd
3X10 30lb EZ bar curls
3X12 hyperextentions
3X12 40lb calf raises
stretch to cool down.
Played 9 holes of golf.
Was extremely tired today after our Thanksgiving celebrations on Sunday!
