Monday.....Make up for badddd weekend!

I didn't workout on Friday, ate and drank too much Friday night...ran Sat morning and then continued on my bad eating/drinking binge. Sunday I was totally bagged so other than a nice long walk, did bugger all. Although I was definetly bad this weekend, I haven't done that in a longgg time, so no worries. I think I kind of needed it.

Back to the grind today...

Went to the gym and did a good upper body workout:
5min treadmill
3X12 pushups
Assisted pull ups: 12X90/12X80/6X70/10X80
HS bench press 12X36/36/36
seated cable row 12X50/60/70
dbls pec prone: 12X10lbs/10X15lbs/10X10lbs
hammer curls: 12X10lbs/10X15lbs/8X15lb (actually I had to finish the last left set with 10lbs...it's still weaker)
back extentions 2X15
Lots of stretching to cool down.

Arms felt really pumped and shakey after this workout, but didn't really break a sweat. chest presses hurt my left shoulder a bit.

I have a pilates class this evening.
