Monday...good start to the week....

After a totally non productive weekend I was back at the gym today for a full body workout. I am still very tired, but the workout went OK.

5 min on treadmill (3min light jog 2 min walk)

3 sets Walking single leg lunges single lunge/dbl lunge/triple lunge
3sets Hamstring curls: 12X50/60/70lbs(8X)
3sets asst pullups: 12X90/80/70(8X)
4 sets DL's: 12X45/65/85/95(10X)
3 sets HS bench: 12X36/36/36 (no pain in shoulder, but it's still weak)
3set B/O sngl arm rows: 12X20/20/30 (had to do 20 the second time because I couldn't find a 25lb)
3sets wide lat pd's: 12X50/60/70(10X)

Stretch to cool down. My left biceps and forearm were very pumped after this workout, likely because I'm still compensating for my left shoulder problems. Hope this goes away soon!!

I have my Pilate's class this evening and may go for a swim afterwards.

Diet is back on track....still no wt loss....1 more week of this and then I'm cutting back 200/day.
