Monday....full body + Pilates
Went to the gym for a full body workout
5min walk on TM
BB squats: 12X45/12X95/12X115 --really tried to focus on ATG, but I find it very difficult to go past 90 degrees due to tightness in hips.
SS lunges/DL's 3 sets of 12 static lunges// 3 sets 12 DL's 45/65/85lbs
seated cable rows: 3 sets 12X 50/60/70
pec flies, lying down with dbls: 12X10/15/15lbs
Pushups 3 sets of 15
stretch to cool down.
I was a bit short on time today. My hip is beggining to bother me along with my knees and shoulders. I think my alignment must be a bit out of wack. Don't know why....uggg...
I have a Pilates class this evening and then we're going out to a desser place to celebrate my daughters 15th Birthday (let's see how good my willpower is tonight...or maybe today should be cheat day (: )
