Monday....early morning workout

Managed a run on Sat. Went to the gym (too freakin' cold to run outside!) and did 30min on tm with hills program followed by some back ext and some ab leg lift crunches on capt chair. It was a tough workout.

Today...Have to go to the dentist over the lunch hour (bummer!) so I decided to go to the gym before work. Did a full body routine which went as follows:

4min on tm
walking sngl leg lunges no wt/10lbs dbls/10lb+dbl lunges
bb squats 12X45(bar)/12X65/12X85
asst pullups 12X100/12X90/12X80
sl dls 12X45(bar)/12X65/12X85
seated row 12X50/12X60/12X70
HS bp 12X36/12X36/12X36 (left shoulder not good)
wide lat pd 12X50/12X60/12X70
EZbar 12X30/10X30
Out of time and had to get to work
Quick stretch to cool down

Good workout, but really need to start changing things up a bit. I'll try something new on Wednesday.

Have Pilates this evening and may start some swimming tonight to begin prepping for Triathlon(750m swim/20km ride/5km run) in July.
