Monday....Chest/back/bi's
Didn't do any "official" workouts over the weekend, but did do some hiking around Georgian Bay..Incredible country up there! Water was freekin cold though!! Also got in another 9 holes of golf on Sunday..this time I shot 50...so next time it's got to be 49!!
Todays Workout....
5min on elliptical
Assisted pullups: 12*45/12*55/10*65/8*65
HS chest press: 12*36/12*36/10*36/10*36
seated cable row: 12*50/12*60/12*70/10*80
incline chest press: 12*10/12*15/10*20/10*20
BO row: 12*15/12*20/12*30
EZ bar curls: 12*30/12*30/10*30
stretch to cool down
Seriously considering getting a PT for some sessions just to change things up a bit.
